The
Bayada Way
We
follow the sound principles expressed in our company’s
philosophy, which we call The Bayada Way.
In
2002, Mark Baiada, founder and president of Bayada Nurses, began
a company-wide initiative to define and express the mission,
vision, beliefs and values that guide our work as home health
care professionals. He enlisted the help of Dr. Al Freedman,
a psychologist and parent of a Bayada Nurses client, to guide
this important project that involved thousands of clients, family
members and employees. Through a series of focus groups, overnight
retreats, written surveys and feedback sessions, The Bayada
Way emerged.
